This new 2 story, 98,000 sf prototype elementary school is being constructed on a greenfield site in a newly developed residential neighborhood in the rapidly expanding City of Caddo Mills. It is designed to accommodate 800 Pre-K through 4th grade students. It includes classrooms, a library/media center, a cafetorium, a secure outdoor courtyard playground and a practice gym that functions as the school’s storm shelter as well.
