The growth of Austin towards Kingsland has strained the existing capacity of Packsaddle Elementary School. This project includes the addition of seven new classrooms, cafeteria expansion, a new competition gym, and a new artificial turf field. These will expand the capacity of the existing school. As one of the largest spaces in the town, the new competition gym will serve students and be open for community use as well.
