Major renovation of a 1955 urban middle school with new additions increasing the school from 120,000 SF to 160,000 SF, to serve 1,100 students, grades 6-8. The project includes a new 10,000 SF two-story front office and library addition that will establish both a new main entry and a new image for the school. The 19,000 SF two-story classroom addition and 18,000 SF fine arts addition will house all of the school's music programs.
