JANUARY CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

The original Walnut Hill Elementary on Midway Road in Dallas sustained major tornado damage in October 2019, rendering the entire building unusable. This project involves converting the existing 55,000 SF elementary school into a Career Institute for grades 9 through 12. The scope includes surgical demolition of some areas, complete renovation of the entire building, and adding 110,000 SF of new construction. Opening Spring 2023.
