June Construction Update

Rosemont Preparatory School is a Dual Language Hybrid Elementary/Middle School located in Dallas, Texas. The project will consist of renovating the existing 53,400 Square foot building and 44,200 Square feet of additions. This project will provide Rosemont Preparatory School with new spaces for a thriving fine arts program as well as enclosed connections between the existing buildings.

The improvements to the school will transform the campus Fine Arts Additions include: Art • Choir • Instrumental Music • Dance • 400 Seat Auditorium • Black Box Theater • Gymnasium & Tornado Shelter • New Main Entrance • Enclosed connector corridors • Amphitheater Building Renovation Includes: • Classroom renovations • New Ceilings and lighting • New Interior Finishes • Mechanical System replacements and upgrades • Media Center renovations • Main Entrance/Administration Relocated • Cafeteria and Dining area Expanded • Window replacements • Re-Paint / Restore existing building to a more historical scheme • Electrical upgrades • Restroom renovations • Site improvements • Building Re-Roofing • Learning Garden • Portable building removal.
