Construction begins on the new K. David Belt Building

The "K. David Belt" Building, which will include a 52,428 SF two-story addition to the current Mesquite ISD Administration Building, will include:

• Learning spaces for the ETIP (Excellence in Teaching Incentive Program) students

• Learning spaces for Texas A&M Commerce students

• New Board Room for monthly meetings of Trustees 

• New catering kitchen 

• Versatile meeting room area that can transform from one room into a total of six rooms
